How I Became a Vegan Ultramarathoner

I was the last person who ever expected to run 50 miles. I hated running and thought it was reserved for special people born with the right body type or luxurious free time. But after adopting a vegan lifestyle, all of my assumptions and preconceived notions went out the window.
